Poster Presentation Guidelines

  • Type of poster : x-banner size of 160x 60 cm
  • Presenters have to bring their own poster and x-banner stand

  • The poster must be handed to the committee on October 22, 2024 prior to the conference opening
  • The poster will be exhibited in the seminar area throughout the event


  • The poster evaluation will be conducted any time during the event by the jury team. If necessary, the jury may request the presenter to provide additional explanations regarding the information on the poster through the committee
